This 22,022 sq ft space was in a white box state with minor demo needed. To properly energize the space, we will be installing a new 600a 480v 3 phase service from the existing utility transformer. This location will differ some from previous sites due to design changes from PF Corporate. This club poses a new challenge in timeline. For this job to work for the owner, we had to cut 1 month of our normal construction timeframe out to be open at the desired time. Here we go!
