Walter French Phase II
We are currently working on the 2nd phase of this project. Phase 1 was renovating classrooms into apartments and this phase is turning the old gym into office space and the 1st floor where the pool was will now be turned into a daycare facility. The auditorium will be finished as a white box for future tenant space.
Zoetis
A comprehensive remodel of a 36,000 sq ft section of the Milham Tech Building at 510 E Milham in Portage will create a new office space for Zoetis. Managed by Hinman Company, the project involves installing 7 new electrical panels from the existing service, strategically positioned to support offices, cubicles, and various equipment. The renovation includes a full HVAC system upgrade, requiring a complete rebuild starting from the main distribution panel (MDP) and its branch circuits.
Ironworks
DPE is currently working on converting an exiting office building into an 82 unit apartment building in Kalamazoo. In addition to housing, the development will feature a restaurant space and is seen as a catalyst to bring more foot traffic into the area.
